Welcome to LANG LANG PARFUMS Help! Here you will all the relevant information about shopping at www.langlangfparfums.com, your order, payment options, and more. Select the categories below to view the answers.

LOG IN - MY ACCOUNT
 

Registration

To register for My Account, all you need to provide is your name, email address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing, address and personal options at your leisure. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account.

By clicking on My Account at the top of every page, you can access your account history with LANG LANG PARFUMS. You can change your account information at any time, as well as check the status of your latest orders. As always, you have the option to (un)subscribe to member benefits by clicking on the appropriate subscription box within your profile.

Each time you visit online, you should immediately sign in by clicking on My Account on top. This will give you access to your account, including your shopping list, while you are browsing and shopping. 

Profile and password

For security reasons, LANG LANG PARFUMS requires a password for signing in to your account.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password" below Sign In. You will be asked for your login email address to retrieve your password hint, which will be emailed to your email address. Follow the steps on the email.

 

Changing Your Login E-mail Address or Password
Your e-mail address cannot be changed. However you can change your password in case you have forgotten it by clicking on "I fortot my password" when you access the login page.

Update My Account Information

To update your account information please sign in to access the Account located at the top of www.langlangparfums.com
Once you have signed in, you have to go to My Account. Next to every piece of information you will find an EDIT button, on which you have to click to enter your new information.

Entering or Modifying Shipping Address

You can create, delete, and save multiple friends and family shipping addresses in your account information. To create or add new addresses, just click on the Create A New Address button. To delete or edit an address, just click on the Edit/Delete buttons located below each address.

E-mail Subscriptions

LANG LANG PARFUMS sends monthly emails notifying you of trend alerts, limited-time promotions, new product launches and exclusive event invitations.

SUBSCRIBE
Login to subscribe and start receiving emails.
On the footer of the site, you can enter your email address to subscribe to the Newsletter.

OPT OUT
In every e-mail, you have the opportunity to modify your email frequency. Click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any LANG LANG PARFUMS email.

SUBSCRIBED, BUT NOT RECEIVING EMAILS?
Add newsletter@langlangparfums.com to your “Contacts” or “Address Book”. Adding us to your safe sender list allows our emails to come safely into your inbox without them being placed in your junk or spam folder. Each program has different steps in order to do this.

ORDERS
 

 
You can order quickly and easily through LANG LANG PARFUMS.
To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Add" on the item you wish to buy.
To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled "Remove" to see your new total.
To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column.

At this time, we only accept and deliver orders in almost all countries with Euro currency (Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Cyprus –except at the north of the country-, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Irland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovénis, Vatican). You must be at least 18 years of age to make an online purchase. For more information, please see our Privacy Statement.

Signing Into My Account

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to reset your password.

Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Cyprus –except at the north of the country-, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Irland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovénis, and the Vatican.

LANG LANG PARFUMS offers FREE STANDARD 3 TO 8 DAY SHIPPING (business days) on all Europe merchandise for orders of 110€ and over (including taxes). For shipments totaling less than 110€, there is a delivery charge of 9€ or 11€. Orders over 110€ always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

Shipping and Packaging

After entering the "Ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

Payment Information

The payment of your purchases on the Site is exclusively in EUROS.

LANG LANG PARFUMS proposes payment exclusively via a valid Credit or Debit Card - CB France, VISA, MASTERCARD – or PayPal, and you declare to be the holder of this card. The order value will be debited at the time of placing your order.
Payment by credit card is secure. The order transaction is directed in crypted mode to a server to validate your credit or debit card details you submit to us, in mode SSL (Secure Socket Layer), we do this before your order can be accepted. Once this has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending you an email acknowledgement of your order to the email address you have provided in your registration form.

Only one promotional code can be used towards an order. Promotional code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with LANG LANG PARFUMS, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method.

Credit Card Trouble

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. If you keep receiving an error message, contact your financial institution for further assistance.

Billing

For your own security and protection, LANG LANG PARFUMS will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase plus applicable sales tax and shipping to verify your billing address and credit card information. 

The LANG LANG PARFUMS charge will be listed on your credit card bill as:
FRAGRANCE INSPIRATIONS and the total amount charged.

Cancelling, & Modifying Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the content and the total amount in your shopping bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, no further changes can be made.
You can return your items free of charge, in case you have received the wrong product.

Out of Stock Products

How do I know when an item will be restocked online? You will find an "email me" feature that lets us notify you when your product is back! If the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.

PAYMENT METHODS
 

Credit Cards

We currently accept Credit or Debit Cards - CB France, VISA, MASTERCARD – or PayPal.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
For your security, LANG LANG PARFUMS requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.

Visa/Mastercard Card Customers:
Your Security Code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/Mastercard customer CIDS are 3 digits.

Checks & Money Orders
LANG LANG PARFUMS does not accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for online orders.

Fraud Protection Program
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by LANG LANG PARFUMS. LANG LANG PARFUMS reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking of the e-mail.
To track an order on LANG LANG PARFUMS, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Click on the plus icon on the right of the order to see the summary and a detailed order information section will be displayed. Then click on Order Tracking and you will be able to check the shipment that you would like to track and a tracking number. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information.

International Shipping

LANG LANG PARFUMS offers international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider Colissimo or Chronopost. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with Colissimo or Chronopost.

LANG LANG PARFUMS currently ships to almost all countries with Euro currency (Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Cyprus –except at the north of the country-, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Irland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovénis, Vatican).

International Payment Methods

Currently, we accept, CB, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Bag and complete the Checkout process again.

PROBLEMS WITH CHECKOUT
 


Shipping Address Errors
If you receive the following error message on the Shipping Address page, please check the address that you entered for typos, misspellings, or abbreviations. Also check for unnecessary spaces in the address fields:

"We have encountered one or more errors with this shipping address: Invalid Zip, City and State Combination. Please check your entry and try again. In most cases, spelling errors, extra spaces, and/or abbreviations in the city field cause this error message."

Billing Information Errors
Here are some helpful suggestions if you receive one of the following error messages on the Billing Information page:

Error Message 1
"Invalid Zip, City and State Combination. Please check your entry and try again. In most cases, spelling errors, extra spaces, and/or abbreviations in the city field cause this error message."

If you receive this error on the Billing Information page, please check the entered address again.

Error Message 2
"The billing information that you entered does not match your credit card information. Please verify your billing information to ensure that it matches your credit card billing address (i.e., street/city/state/zip address must match EXACTLY)."

If you receive this message after you have attempted to submit your order, you may want to check the following:

1. Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings with your name, street address, city, state, and zip code.
2. Verify that your billing address on your credit card bill is exactly the same as you have entered.
3. Call your issuing bank to ensure that your bank has recently updated their online transaction database. In some cases, the address they have entered into their online address verification system is outdated.
4. You may want to try an old address, because in some cases, it takes awhile for banks to update their information. Addresses up to two years old can be authorized successfully.

Error Message 3
"We are unable to process your order at this time because the payment processing system is unavailable. Please try again later."

On rare occasions, the issuing bank verification system or our partner online verification system is down. At these times, no authorizations or transactions can be processed. Please note that these outages can last for a few minutes to an hour. No authorizations or holds on your funds will be processed and nothing will be charged to your card. We recommend that you attempt to place your order again in an hour.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 


If you are not completely satisfied with a LANG LANG PARFUMS purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are on charge of you. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

When you return your purchase to LANG LANG PARFUMS by mail within 14 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). The period to return your product must not be longer than 14 days, starting from the day you received your product.

To make a Return by Mail you have to follow the following steps:
♦ Fill out the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items(s). Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
♦ Package your return item, in perfect conditions and not used, in the manufacturer's product box and LANG LANG PARFUMS packaging.
♦ Mail your return via the shipment method of your choice.
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to 14 days, once the merchandise was received, to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately four business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact the Customer Service.

Returned Purchase Confirmation email

When the warehouse has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will be receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 14 days.

SAMPLES & PROMOTIONS
 

Samples

If you ordered one item, we will send you the sample of another item in order you can discover another fragrance. If you ordered two items, you will receive two different samples. You can view the samples available before confirming your order.

Due to the limited nature of the free samples, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, or if one is missing from your order. Samples are shipped with merchandise purchases ONLY.

Promotions*

Occasionally LANG LANG PARFUMS offers promotions through e-mails and advertisements. As a registered member of LANG LANG PARFUMS, you may be eligible from time to time to receive e-mail promotions and offers that include special codes for special free samples, free shipping, or other promotions.

*Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation. In order to allow fair redemption and distribution of promotions to all of our registered clients, LANG LANG PARFUMS may restrict redemption to one per client.

Promotion Codes

There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each LANG LANG PARFUMS online promotion that you can use to redeem the promotion. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the Payment Information page during the checkout process. LANG LANG PARFUMS promotion codes are not case sensitive. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket on the Order Confirmation page. For more details about a specific promotion, you can click on the description link that is provided in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be use once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and promotions can only be redeemed once per person.
